CY-5-FLOW infrastructure upgrade successfully completed and presented to RIF

We were pleased to present the completed CY-5-FLOW infrastructure upgrade project to representatives of the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) and the project's external reviewer.
The presentation highlighted the successful upgrade of the Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometer from a 3- to 5-laser configuration, including the technical optimisation and validation undertaken as part of the project, the platform's expanded spectral capabilities, and future plans for advanced high-dimensional immunophenotyping workflows.
With the upgrade completed, the platform is now fully operational as an Open Access research infrastructure, supporting academic, clinical and translational research in Cyprus and providing opportunities for wider research collaboration.
We thank the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) for funding the project and everyone who contributed to its successful implementation, including Cytek Biosciences, ANTISEL, the Center for the Study of Haematological and other Malignancies (CSHM), Theocharis Efthymiopoulos and Dr Jesús Gil Pulido.
